The International MBA Congress is the greatest event  in Poland, integrating the MBA community. The event is focused on creating an active platform for cooperation, exchange of experience, and expansion of knowledge and perspectives. The Congress combines debates delivered by academics from Polish and foreign universities with workshops delivered by leading international experts and economists.

Thematic Workshops

Meeting with a prestigious group of specialists from different industries is a great opportunity to exchange experiences. Workshops conducted by qualified trainers will help you develop your competences. You will gain practical skills that you will use in your everyday work!

Gala Dinner and Charity Auction

The Gala Dinner with a dance floor and live music at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel (33 Marii Konopnickiej street) is an opportunity to build deeper relationships with the Congress participants. NO STRESS live music band will be setting the musical tone for the event. It is also a chance to help others through a charity auction. All money will be donated to the Foundation „O Zdrowie Dziecka” at the University Hospital in Krakow.

Visit to a winery or brewery

Have you tried regional wine from the Cracow area? Or maybe you prefer fresh beer straight from the tank? We have prepared visit for you outside Cracow to Jura Winery. You will learn the process of production of these spirits and the history of the visited places.

One of the best ways to expand your knowledge is to gain it in a hands-on way. This year you can visit: Aptiv, BWI, Cracow School of Business or Starmach Gallery. You will get to know the specificity of functioning of each of the mentioned places and people connected with running these businesses.

Discussion panels

Over 30 representatives from the academic and business world will share their knowledge and experience with you during 8 panel discussions.

Family Picnic

The closing event of the Congress is a Family Picnic combined with a golf competition. Depending on your skills you will be able to take part in the Golf Academy with an instructor who will teach you the basics of the game. Advanced players can take part in KSB UEK Golf Cup Tournament.

Don Allen

Actor, Director

Don has been working as an actor and director for more than 25 years.  He has appeared on TV, film, and theater touring in the UK, Europe and the USA.  He has directed two feature films, and co-directed a multi-media project with Cannes Palme d’Or winning director, Apichatpong Weerasethakul.  He is the artistic director and founder of the ETTC – a professional English speaking touring theater company in Poland. Tedx presenter. Don gives communication, team-building, public speaking, and confidence building workshops and seminars in Poland and the UK.

Grzegorz Błażewicz

CEO of SALESmanago Marketing Automation

His professional career started in marketing agencies in New York and London. For six years he acted as Marketing Director of Capital Group Comarch, one of the greatest providers of IT solutions in the European Union. His entrepreneurial career started in 2008, by creating from scratch the programming for the marketing department. In 2011 he founded SALESmanago Marketing Automation. He is author of the book „Marketing Automation. W kierunku sztucznej inteligencji i hiperpersonalizacji” published by the Polish Scientific Publishers PWN.

Anna Klecha

Global Account Based Marketing Director at Capgemini

Global Account Based Marketing Director at Capgemini – Capgemini is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. Responsible for one-on-one Communication to top clients generating total annual revenues of over EUR 8bn. Anna is a graduate of the University of Toronto (HonBA Cultural Studies), Jagiellonian University (MA Philosophy), Cracow University of Economics (MBA Management and Marketing), and is currently pursuing a doctorate in the field of Management and Quality at the Cracow University of Economics.

Tomasz Marszał

UBS Investment Bank CDIO Senior Delivery Manager

At UBS, Tomasz manages the team that delivers AI and Data Analytics IT, applies Big Data solutions and machine learning techniques in order to  enhance user experience and automate operations. He has spent 20+ years at the crossroads of financial services and technology building digital solutions for corporate and retail users.

Agnieszka Motyl, Ph.D. MD.

Business Partner, SciTech Sub-Found, Luxemburg

Agnieszka Motyl has an extensive awareness and experience in managing the health and sci-tech market. She has over 20-years of experience as well as a substantial knowledge in the field of management, change-management, company building value, acquisitions and synergy strengthening between entities and across organizations. As a skilled leader she worked  for the largest private companies in Poland like LUXMED/ BUPA/ Medicover in various positions. As COO/Board Member/ Medical Director in the national and international environment she was responsible for raising value for both owners and customers. From 2021 she joined Sci-Tech Sub-Fund of Black Forest Fund as a Business Partner responsible for Cardio-Cluster, and became a member of Life Flow Supervisory Board.

Kamil Wyszkowski

Executive Director at United Nations Global Compact Network Poland

United Nations employee since 2002, between the years of 2009 and 2014, Director of the United Nations Develpement Program (UNDP) Office in Poland. Since 2004 to the present day acts as Representative of the UN Global Compact Network Poland, coordinating cooperations with business, local government, higher education institutions, public administration and NGOs. Director of the Knowledge Transfer Center – Know How Hub (as part of the UNDP Poland, managed by UN GCNP).
