Hanna Zdanowska

Mayor of Łódź

In 2006, she became a councilor of the City Council in Łódź. A few weeks later she became the vice president. It was responsible for education, sport and EU funds. In the last local government elections in 2018, 70.22 percent residents of Łódź voted for Hanna Zdanowska. It obtained as much as 215.3 thousand. out of all 306.6 thous. votes cast.

Project management activities are related with relatively high risk of failure, measured by lack of visible benefits or their insufficient level.

One of main causes of the risk is the human factor, especially lack of stakeholders’ involvement in the project: team members, contractors, and as a result – end users.

How could it be solved? What can we do to engage people to colaborate effectively? We will try to answer the questions during our workshop.
